At Innotech, we take pride in the quality and durability of our wall panels. We understand that project requirements can change due to unforeseen circumstances, and we are here to help you navigate your return process.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Panels must be in their original, unopened packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Exclusions: Custom-cut panels, “Final Sale” items, or panels that have already been installed or modified cannot be returned.
2. The Return Process
- Request Authorization: Contact our support team at shop@innotech-ph.com with your order number and the required photos of the items you wish to return.
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
- Shipping: Pack the panels securely. We recommend using a tracked freight service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
3. Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.
- If the panels arrive damaged, you must note the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before the driver leaves. This applies to inter-island deliveries.
- Report any damage to us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the product.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original mode of payment within 10 business days. However, please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Eligibility for Exchange
- Claims should be made within 7 days after item receipt.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
Please note that cancellation of purchased items is strictly not allowed. Once the shipping confirmation has been sent to the user’s email address, rearrangement of the delivery point is already prohibited.

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Innotech issues credits or payments to our customers. Our goal is transparency and fairness in every transaction.
1. Full Refunds
A full refund, including original shipping costs, will be issued only in the following circumstances:
- Order Cancellation: If the order is canceled within 24 hours of placement and has not yet entered the fulfillment/crating stage.
- Incorrect Shipment: If we accidentally shipped the wrong product, color, or dimensions.
- Verified Defects: If the panels are found to have a manufacturing defect upon initial inspection, verified by our quality control team.
- Condition Penalties: If items are returned with minor damage to the edges or surfaces due to poor return packaging, an additional damage fee may be deducted at our discretion.
2. Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds on:
- Any product that has been cut, glued, nailed, or installed.
- Custom-ordered colors or bespoke dimensions.
- Items returned without a prior Return Request approval from our team will be denied.
- Clearanced or “As-Is” inventory.
3. Refund Timeline
- Inspection Period: Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 3–5 business days for our team to inspect the panels for damage.
- Credit Issuance: After approval, the refund is triggered immediately.

Bank Processing: Refund posting timelines may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution and payment provider. While refunds are processed promptly on our end, actual posting may take up to 15 business days or longer in some cases.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact our support team at shop@innotech-ph.com.
