Innotech WPC Wall Panels Shipping & Delivery Policy

Here at Innotech, we are committed to ensuring your wall panels arrive safely and on time. Because our products are oversized and heavy, please review our specialized shipping procedures below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: All in-stock items are processed and crated within 3–5 business days within the metro area and will take more days outside.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse or a call and text from our support team.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate/Calculated Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order and the destination zip code.
  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to restricted-access areas, islands, or extremely remote locations may incur additional “Beyond Charges.” We will contact you if your order requires a shipping adjustment.

3. Customer Responsibility at Delivery

An adult 18+ must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.

  • Appointment Scheduling: The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window. Ensure the phone number provided at checkout is accurate.
  • Missed Appointments: If you miss your scheduled delivery window, you may be charged a re-delivery fee by the carrier.

4. Inspection & Damage Claims (Critical)

You must inspect the shipment before the driver leaves.

  • Visible Damage: If the crate or panels look damaged, you must note “Product Damaged” on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing. This applies to inter-island deliveries.
  • Concealed Damage: If you discover damage after unpacking, you must report it to Innotech within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Failure to Note Damage: Signing the BOL without noting damage indicates the shipment was received in good condition, which may void our ability to file a claim with the carrier.
